Anyways I just got back from exercising and now i am on a fitness kick. It feels so good after exercising it makes me wonder why I dont do it more often. It really puts you in a good mood. Unless of course you embarrass yourself trying to workout your calves because you dont know what your doing....I know im not going to try that machine for a long time.
Even though i am just going home for spring break, i am really looking forward to it. I really want to get things with umsl takin care of, go out with kim, cook with chad, play with the pups! Maybe i will even take time to visit those of you i havent seen in awhile! Well i am going to try to accomplish some things!
